We are so excited you are considering joining Countdown to Cozy: A Christmas in July Bundle — a curated bundle giveaway event designed to help families create meaningful holiday memories, cozy traditions, and festive fun together.

Here’s how it works:

The Bundle is Created

The host (that’s me, Kara!) gathers a group of creators and business owners who each contribute a digital product — like a printable, activity pack, planner, game, guide, or resource — all built around the Christmas and family fun theme. Every offer is packaged into the Countdown to Cozy Bundle.

Everyone Promotes Together

Contributors share the bundle with their own audiences. Because multiple contributors are promoting at the same time, the reach multiplies — your offer gets in front of far more people than you could reach alone.

Participants Get Free Access

Subscribers receive access to the Countdown to Cozy Bundle for free in exchange for signing up to each contributor’s email list. Contributors gain visibility, authority, and a growing list of warm, engaged leads. Participants get an incredible amount of holiday value — all in one place.

Gift Requirements

By contributing a product to both the Free Tier AND VIP Tier of the Countdown to Cozy Bundle, you get two separate opportunities for participants to sign up to your email list. More touchpoints means more subscribers, more visibility, and more chances to connect with your ideal audience.

We strongly encourage contributors who are able to contribute a VIP product — it doubles your list-building potential!

Free Tier

✓ Must not have been included in another event within the last 4 months

Holly Jolly VIP Pass

✨ Optional but encouraged!

Audience and List Requirements

To participate, you must have at least ONE of the following:

500+ active email subscribers
A large or highly engaged social media community
A VIP product contribution to add extra value to the bundle (this counts toward your eligibility!)

Promotional Materials Shared

Swipe copy, graphics, and links shared with all approved contributors.

Pre-Registration Window

Participants can sign up for the Countdown to Cozy Bundle early before the giveaway goes fully live.

Countdown to Cozy Bundle is officially live!

Contributors share the bundle with their audiences. During the promo period, this should be the only external event you are promoting, besides your own offers.

Free Access Ends

The Countdown to Cozy Bundle closes to signups and is the last day to claim gifts in the Free Tier.

September 30

Holly Jolly Pass (VIP) Access Ends

VIP participants retain extended access through the end of September.

Promotion Requirements

1 solo email to your full list during the promo period
1 social media post to your most engaged channel

Any additional promotions are deeply appreciated — they help you AND every contributor in the group!

Exclusivity Note

During the promo period (July 6–12), this should be the only external event you are promoting, besides your own offers.
